How to get a true Screen Shot

Sometimes there is an error message that is too long to be typed and you can't copy it. You can take a screen shot and attach it to the help desk ticket.

Attached is a quick tutorial on how to do this.

Windows 7 - click on start and type Snipping Tool in the run section

Windows 10 - Use Cortana to do the same
