MediaWorks will not load.

When you click on the MediaWork Plus icon

and you don't get this

Do this.

1.     Clear the temporary Internet files.

a)    Open Internet Explorer and navigate to Tools, Internet Options

b)    ¾ the way down the page in Browsing History, click on Delete

c)     Click on Delete

d)   Click on OK

 2.     Make sure the Zoom Level is set to 100%

 Restart Internet Explorer and see if it works then.

You may also need to add 192.168.1.70 to trusted sites in Internet Explorer. This can be done by;

1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools and the Internet Options.

2. Click on the Security tab and then Trusted Sites (the green check).

3.Once on the Trusted Sites click on Sites.

4. In the Add this Website box put 192.168.1.70, uncheck the Require server verification box.

5. Click on Add and then close. Click on OK and you are done.
